I hope you notice two things right away: my enthusiasm and caring for others. My energy (i’m told) is contagious and I use it to energize others around me, whether they are clients, students, dancers, musicians or actors. My ongoing passion is to create innovative, valuable learning experiences for everyone - safe spaces for play, realization and action. My teaching, learning & living philosophy is one of inclusivity, passion and caring.

I’m a very proud mum! As my little human has grown into a spectacular young lady, my need to improve the world has taken over my life. How can I help her (and all your babies) realize that their bodies are incredible, miraculous and stunning? How can I help remove the extra clutter that comes from thinking your body isn’t perfect just as it is? I want humans of all kinds to know that we all look different, and different is good. So… through art and movement, I’m on a mission to help people feel a little bit of joy & confidence in themselves.

I try hard to be an LGBTQIA+ & BIPOC ally but I’m learning new things every day. I’m anti-diet culture, pro-choice and yes… I think these things play a HUGE part in how we live in our unique bodies. I’m also a recovering Catholic - moving through life healing from disordered eating & late- in-life-diagnosed ADHD. We all have our stuff… Let’s make some art & heal together!
